Service of pressure parts

Our skills and experience allow us to respond quickly to customer needs in the event of malfunctions or planned modernization and repair projects for existing pressure parts, e.g., such as:

  • dense walls of boilers – repair and replacement with new ones
  • Superheater / ECO,
  • coils – repair and replacement with new,
  • Chambers – repair and replacement with new ones
  • internal and external pipelines of boilers – repair and replacement with new,
  • Boiler and piping fittings – inspection and replacement
  • Burner inspection and replacement

In addition, FIWE EXPORT manufactures and supplies spare parts for the performance of the above-mentioned work, in particular coils, chambers, collectors and sheet piling parts, for the needs of services.

What is the timing of services mobilization?

Depending on the scope of the project, the extent of the work to be carried out, the work location and the specificity of the facility where the work is to be carried out, we try to organize the average mobilization time for short-term services within 2-5 business days.

Type of work performed

In most cases, due to the direct access to the printing system, the client mainly determines the scope of work, and FIWE EXPORT, with its flexibility, adapts to the requirements and selects the team for a specific scope of work depending on the type of project. In typical cases, the work is carried out sequentially – dismantling the existing element and assembling the new one together with the necessary pressure tests.
